教室の新規オープンや生徒数拡大による対応のため、子供達に楽しく英語を教えてくれる仲間を募集しています。曜日限定、短時間も歓迎です。
学生の方のアルバイトも大歓迎。幼児教育の勉強や英語を使った仕事をやってみたい方など、学生活動と調整し、ぜひ現場で実務体験してください。

■当スクールについて
インターナショナルスクールのカリキュラムを取り入れた英語教室です。現在は葉山に教室があり、２０２４年４月以降に逗子に新しい教室をオープンする予定です。未就園児、幼稚園、小学生クラスの各スタッフを募集しています。ライフスタイルに合わせた仕事のやり方を双方で相談しながら、実際に稼働いただく曜日や時間、働き方を決めさせていただきます。
当スクールの雰囲気を一言で言えば「明るく細かいことは気にしないで楽しくやろう」です。こんな雰囲気に共感できる人をお待ちしています。
■募集要項（未就園児クラス）
幼稚園に行く前の未就園児クラスの業務です。午前中（１０時から１２時くらいまで）に時間を取れる方で、英語を学ばれてきた方、幼児教育を学ばれてきた方を歓迎します。インターナショナルスクールの幼児教育カリキュラムで運営しています。基本的なことは丁寧に教えますのでご安心ください。基本を踏まえつつ自分なりにアレンジして楽しく仕事してください。勤務地は葉山もしくは逗子です。
■募集要項（幼稚園／小学生低学年クラス）
幼稚園、小学生低学年クラスの講師業務です。学校が終わった１５時から１７時までの勤務です。インターナショナルスクールのカリキュラムを中心に、幼稚園はクラフト中心、小学生はワークブック中心のカリキュラムです。カリキュラムの基本的なことは丁寧に教えますのでご安心ください。基本を踏まえつつ自分なりにアレンジして楽しく仕事してください。勤務地は葉山もしくは逗子です。
■募集要項（英検クラス）
小学生高学年から中学生までの英検クラスです。当スクール独自のメソッドを活用しおかげさまでとても良い合格率を実現できています。こちらの講師は上記２つのインターナショナルスクール的ではないスタンダードな英語教育です。勤務地は葉山もしくは逗子ですがリモート業務も可能です。例えばですが週１時間でも可能な業務となっています。

We are looking for teachers to help us cope with the opening of new classrooms and expansion of our student population. We need teachers who can teach English to children in a fun environment. Working hours are not limited to full time, but short hours are also welcome. The hiring criteria for this opening is based on the importance of experience teaching English to children. *The recruitment is current as of January 2024.
■About our school
Our school is an English language school with an international school curriculum. We currently have one classroom in Hayama and plan to open a new classroom in Zushi after April 2024. We are looking for staff for our preschool, kindergarten, and elementary school classes. We will discuss with both parties how to make the work fit your lifestyle and decide on the actual days and hours you will operate and how you would like to work.
In a word, the atmosphere of our school is “cheerful, don’t worry about details, and have fun. We are looking for people who can share this atmosphere.
■Pre-school class
This is a preschool class for children before they go to kindergarten. We welcome those who can take time in the morning (from about 10:00 to 12:00) and have studied English or early childhood education. We operate on the early childhood education curriculum of an international school. Please be assured that we will carefully teach you the basics. Work location is Hayama-cho or Zushi-city.
■Kindergarten / Early Elementary School Classes
Teaching kindergarten and lower elementary school classes. You will work from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm after school. The curriculum is centered on the international school curriculum, with a craft-centered curriculum for kindergarten and a workbook-centered curriculum for elementary school students. Please be assured that we will carefully teach you the basics of the curriculum. Work location is Hayama-cho or Zushi-city.
■Eiken Class
This is an Eiken class for upper elementary to junior high school students. We have been able to achieve a very good pass rate thanks to our unique method. The teacher will be teaching standard English, not like the two international schools mentioned above. The location is either Hayama or Zushi, but remote teaching is also possible.
